Hapa Zome
As Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) is Japanese in origin the art of Hapa Zome (lead-dye)is too.
The reflective gathering of leaves and flowers from around the woodland, being mindful about the gathering process, is followed by arranging the plant matter onto a piece of cloth which is then hammered to release the pigments.
