Wellbeing In Nature Daycation
Connect with nature
We’ll welcome you to what is simply an oasis of tranquility where exclusive access to the 20-acre woodland will be yours. The focus of the day will be on promoting relaxation and stress relief through nature connection activities designed to soothe the mind and restore emotional balance. effecting an increase in creativity and problem-solving skills.
Relax body & mind
Be guided in ways to become more grounded and connected with the natural world and also yourself. Reflective and/or practical woodland-based activities can be provided, designed to encourage greater focus that helps turn down the volume of the chattering mind. After a few hours of nature connection it is usual for our guests to experience a sense of inner peace and stillness which helps restore emotional balance.
Foster curiosity
Engage with ‘nature inspiration’ activities that will draw you in to notice far more about the natural world, gaining new perspectives on not only nature but yourself too. Gentle guidance to help you recognise how fostering curiosity to consider something in ways you haven’t before is an invaluable skill for both personal and work-related creative thinking.
Feel revived & restored
Spending a day in a tranquil natural woodland, engaging with guided nature connection activities, will bathe your senses, relax your body, revive your mental energy levels and restore emotional equilibrium.
Wellbeing In Nature Daycations
We are able to offer daycation packages for between 10 and 20 people, whether corporate, NHS staff or a group of friends. The daycation can be themed to provide reflective or practical nature connection activities, or a mixture of both.
Our daycations in the woodland run from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. We hope to spend all the time outdoors but we have suitable sheltered areas if the weather turns wet.
Cost per person varies, starting at £79 and depends on whether you wish us to provide the lunch and what type of lunch you’d like. If you are happy to ask your group to bring a packed lunch with them, that’s fine by us.
We provide morning and afternoon refreshments of tea/coffee, cakes and biscuits to all our guests, whether they have lunch provided or are bringing their own.
There is ample parking in the woodland for up to 10 cars. Minibuses can also be accommodated.
A Wellbeing In Nature daycation is a great way to ‘give back’ to your hard working staff and nurture positive work relationships. Alternatively, perhaps you have a special occasion you want to celebrate and are looking for something, to share with friends, that’s different and unique.
Being given the opportunity to spend some quality time in a tranquil nature environment can deliver much in the way of benefits to the individuals involved, both personally and work-related.
