Wellbeing and nature connection courses
What We Do
We provide Accredited Level 3 Wellbeing in Nature training for running sessions outdoors to promote health and wellbeing using nature connection. We also provide non-accredited, experiential, training for individuals and organisations wanting to learn more about the benefits of nature connection for health and wellbeing.
Our Approach
We work closely with potential course attendees to help them make an informed decision that the learning pathway they are thinking of following is most likely to deliver the outcome they are seeking. We’re not in the business of just selling courses, but we are in the business of making sure that the training/guidance we offer will meet identified needs.

To promote ‘best practice’ in the field of health and wellbeing through nature connection, together with contributing to the development of a community of passion-driven and suitably qualified practitioners for delivery of sessions outdoors that benefit physical, emotional and mental health.

The setting for delivery is a privately owned ancient woodland in East Northants, an oasis of calm surrounded by fields . The nearest towns are Thrapston, Corby and Kettering. Please note, there is no public transport available that can take you to the woodland
Please be aware that choosing to engage with this training does not qualify you to become a Mindfulness Teacher, which requires an accredited qualification in its own right.
Encouraging people to benefit their wellbeing through guiding them in how to connect deeply with nature, bringing them into the present moment, delivers valuable lessons for life that can be transformative.
